Advanced Registration will close on May 28th, 2019 to allow the hosts time to organize. Please get your orders in prior to this. Exhibit floor passes will be available for purchase at the registration desk but there will only be a limited number of event tickets available on a first come first serve basis.
Register online and choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or by cheque. If you are a member in good standing, please login to your CECA account using your email address and password (request a password if you forget yours). If you have not paid your 2019 Membership dues yet, the system might not allow you to sign in after the end of January – please pay them to ensure access. All delegate packages include admission to: President’s Reception, Hospitality Suite, Kick-Off Breakfast, Educational Sessions, Exhibits, Exhibit Lunches, Gala Cocktail Reception, Gala Dinner Dance, AGM, Supplier’s Breakfast (Supplier’s only), & Companion Tour. Badges must be worn for entry to all functions. Tickets are for the named delegate only and are NOT transferable. Cancellation Policy: Refunds (less a 25% administration fee) will be granted provided you give written notice of your cancellation on or before April 26, 2019. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 26, 2019. Any refunds will be issued after the Convention has ended. Consent for Use of Photographic Images and Contact information: Registration and Attendance at the Convention and Events constitutes an agreement with CECA for its use and distribution (now and in the future) of any image of the attendee or contact information to CECA member attendees.
