Registration for the CECA Victoria Convention will open in January 2026!
Register online and choose to pay by the preferred EFT/ACH/bank transfer method or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or by cheque. If you are a member in good standing, please login to your CECA account using your email address and password (request a password if you forget yours). If you have not paid your 2026 Membership dues yet, the system might not allow you to sign in – please pay them to ensure access. Badges must be worn for entry to all functions. Tickets are for the named delegate only and are NOT transferable. Cancellation Policy: Refunds (less a 25% administration fee) will be granted provided you give written notice of your cancellation on or before May 14, 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 14, 2026. Any refunds will be issued after the Convention has ended. Consent for Use of Photographic Images and Contact information: Registration and Attendance at the Convention and Events constitutes an agreement with CECA for its use and distribution (now and in the future) of any image of the attendee or contact information to CECA member attendees.

Registration once open will close by MAY 29, 2026. This is to ensure that we can provide accurate numbers for the food and beverage deadline on this day and to provide time for your hosts to get everything ready for the big event. Limited tickets will be available for purchase at the registration desk of the convention!
Prefer to pay by EFT (preferred method) or mail a cheque?
When registering, select your tickets & choose the pay by cheque option at the bottom of the form (after selecting the ‘Register’ button). You will be sent our bank details for EFT/ACH payments or mail your cheque made out to “CECA Convention” to:
